Knowledge Management Europe has been the first European exhibition devoted to knowledge management technology. It is being organised by Ark Publishing (UK) in Brussels, Palais des Congrès, on the 20th-22nd November 2000. The events has been designed to house the most influential Knowledge Management forum ever established in Europe The principal aim of KM Europe 2000 was to allow leading companies greater and easier access to the market for knowledge products, applications and services. |
Increasing the awareness of the benefits of Knowledge Management (KM), it has been assisted in accelerating the implementation of successful corporate knowledge management systems and initiatives in leading European companies.
The organisers reserved a large area where the knowledge management projects of the EU Commission could present their results to this specialised public, enabling them to promote the technologies and solutions developed in the projects.
Approx. 5000 visitors attended this first exhibition, and for sure it was a great opportunity to acquire visibility for the knowledge management technology projects.
